These Terms of Service govern your use of www.lookielikey.co.uk, operated by Lookie Likey Studio. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Our Contract

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. Our contract with you is formed when we dispatch your order.

2. Prices & Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept all major credit/debit cards and Shop Pay. We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing errors occur.

3. Delivery

We aim to dispatch within 2-5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. For most issues we'll issue a full refund without requiring you to return the item. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us with a photo within 14 days and we'll resolve it immediately. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

5. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display products accurately. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
