Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

Shipping All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (up to 5 business days during high-demand periods) and shipped via our fulfilment partners. Standard delivery typically takes 10–15 business days from dispatch, depending on your location within the UK. You'll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Fulfilment & Shipping Origin Some or all products are shipped directly from international fulfilment partners located outside the UK. Delivery times may be longer than typical domestic shipping (10–15 business days from dispatch, plus 1–3 days processing). Customs and import handling may occasionally affect delivery timing; Lookie Likey Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Packaging or shipping labels may show an overseas origin or a fulfilment partner's name — this does not affect the authenticity, quality, or warranty of your item.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) UK consumers may cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, by contacting us at hello@lookielikey.co.uk within this period. Once we've been notified, you have a further 14 days to return the item (return instructions will be provided; physical return may not always be required). Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or of receiving evidence it was sent back, whichever is earlier.

Exemptions: This does not apply to personalised or custom-made items, or goods that have been unsealed or used where a hygiene seal has been broken.

Faulty, Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items Please contact us at hello@lookielikey.co.uk within 30 days of delivery, with photos and details of the issue. Lookie Likey Studio typically does not require the return of a faulty item — we'll offer a replacement or full refund once the issue is verified. This is separate from and in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Non-Delivery If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@lookielikey.co.uk and we'll investigate with our fulfilment partner. We'll offer a reship or full refund.

Import Duties & Taxes For deliveries outside the EU and US, import duties, taxes, and VAT may be levied by local customs upon delivery. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping charge. For EU-bound orders, customs duties are handled as part of the fulfilment process in compliance with EU regulations.
